Started in 1968, the Vietnam Veterans National Memorial in Angel Fire, NM has been in continuous operation since the dedication on May 22, 1971.
While Vietnam is emphasized, all Veterans of the United States Armed Forces and other persons interested in supporting the Foundation, are eligible for this Membership of Universal Brotherhood.

Plaque of Dr. Victor Westphall's visit to Vietnam.
In 1994, Dr. Victor Westphall, accompanied by his son, Walter, and a couple friends (Vietnam Veterans), visited the area of his son's last day.Dr. Westphall brought soil from the Memorial site in Angel Fire to bury in this area, and brought home from Con Thien, Vietnam a sampling of soil to place at the Memorial. (5" x 7")
